Research
I research transformation processes with the aim of providing well-founded impulses for change and creating added value for research and practice. My focus is on organizational change, routines, improvisation and learning.

In keynote speeches, I offer scientifically based food for thought on strategic topics both at conferences and within companies. These are designed to be applicable so that the potential for change can actually be tapped.

Workshops
I train and accompany teams through strategic changes as a facilitator. That means I help you to design your own transformation and navigate you through the process. My main focus is to enable teams to take responsibility for their own transformation.

Education
I am involved in Bachelor & Master Studies as well as in Professional & Executive Education on topics related to strategy, organizational development and leadership. I attach particular importance to ensuring that the knowledge is transferred to one's own working world.
