Colloquially, it is said that "you can't see the forest for the trees" or that you become "blind to the situation". That is why you need to take a mental step to the side, a change of perspective. It is also said that "it is all a matter of attitude" or that you need to "sort out your thoughts". That is exactly what you do when you look at your old point of view and evaluate new perspectives. If you want to act differently, you first have to think differently. In the best case scenario, you will end up saying "that opened my eyes" or "that broadened my horizons". Conscious positioning is the door opener for targeted action. This opens up the creative space for your transformation process.

Action Shift
"And what do we do now?" The right mindset alone does not bring about change. It is the door opener for change, but the step through the door must first be taken. Step by step, but not point by point. Transformation is not a list of measures that can be worked through. Transformation is a process that requires space. Design space. In order to open this up, an "action set" is needed - guard rails for action in the transformation, so to speak. The action set helps to align actions with a common goal and at the same time enables flexible access to various options for action. The transformation process is therefore not rigid, but dynamic. In this way, you do not just think in new ways, you actively design your transformation process.

Transformation
"Please not yet another transformation" may not sound so strange. And I would even agree in part: please not yet another transformation PROJECT, but please more transformation PROCESS. Why? We should view transformation as a continuous process of further development, becoming. In dynamic times, it has become necessary for companies to constantly grow beyond themselves. This includes smaller change initiatives as well as larger transformation challenges. We must allow change in the organizational context and, ideally, drive it ourselves so that it is in our hands. Transformation is not a single project, not a to-do, but the underlying process, an attitude.
Transformation is a big word, a buzzword - my motivation is to fill this word with meaning for you through my impulses.
