Dr. Kim Louisa Dillenberger

I act as a transformation expert at the intersection between education, research and practice. Building on my practical experience in training and change management of global transformation projects, I completed my doctorate in 2022 with a social science thesis. Since then, I have been giving transformative impulses for organizational change as a lecturer, researcher, keynote speaker and consultant. As Vice Academic Director of the Centre for Performance Management & Controlling at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, I am particularly dedicated to strategic and management-related challenges. I show ways in which creative space can be opened up and used sensibly. Overall, with K-IMPULSE, I stand for a mind & action shift in dynamic times.
